Recognizing and Defusing Symptom Triggers
Learn about ‘Perceived threats’: it doesn’t matter if something is actually dangerous or not. If your brain thinks that something is a threat, it’ll react with symptoms.

Explore what your brain may consider threatening (emotions, memories, relationships, work, etc.) and develop relief strategies.
